Chef Giuseppe will meet you in Montecatini Terme at the train Station or, if arriving by car*, at the farmers market in town. (*please let us know how you plan to arrive, by train or by car).

Class begins with a tour of the local farmer’s and artisanal food market at 9am. At the market you will be introduced to local vendors and learn about seasonal produce as the chef purchases ingredients to prepare the day’s menu.

With purchases in hand, take a short drive through the Tuscan countryside to the Olive Press Kitchen (about 15 minutes); transportation provided or follow us in your own vehicle.

On arrival, enjoy a glass of Prosecco (non-alcoholic options also available). Then, don an apron as Chef Giuseppe describes the day’s menu and get ready to start cooking! During short breaks, taste some of the best extra virgin olive oils, comparing ones from different regions and sample some of the best local pecorino cheese.

Once the cooking is finished, we gather as a group around a beautifully set table to enjoy the dishes that we’ve prepared. Paired with wines carefully chosen by our sommelier / chef, you will experience the flavors of an authentic Tuscan meal.
